10 miles easy. We were planing to tailgate at the royals game so I had do run these miles in the middle of the day.  Mid 90s and heat index at 99 deg a little too hot for my fitness now. I was able to fight  until mile 7 with a very good pace but after mile 7 I started to slow down and  see things that were not there so I stoped by the house for water and cool air then went out for a quik 3 miles to finish the 10 miler.
