Proud of myself waking up early this morning for this workout avoiding 102 heat index. First mile was with Beth and our 2 dogs to worm up and for the dogs to mark the whole neighborhood. 3 miles easy miles with Beth after that. For me after that  4X800 with easy running 800 in between (3:23, 3:23, 3:12 down hill, 3:25 up hill) last 2.5 miles cooling down and thinking about how much work I need to do before IMM race in November.

Getting out of bed is sometimes as challenging as the run itself. Nice work!
