Married with two children. 9 years old boy and a 11 years girl. I was born and raised in Sudan Africa. Moved to the us at the age 19 to go to school where I met my lovely wife.

big surprise today i ran 6 miles. kids and mom are in spring break so they want nothing to do with me they are having their own fun

6 easy miles in a nice weather. School is out for spring break so I went out with my new running star my 6 years old son for running shoes shoping. He chose an Asics gt somthing they had to be blue. He would not stop runnig around the block to try them. I thing he ran about .70 mile. had a blast today

6 easy miles beautiful weather for running everyone is out running and biking. I ran the first mile with top dog oakly. I did not run with them but my 6 years old ran 3 miles with Beth on his new shoes I drove to find them and cheer them on. I think he is ready to race his first 5k next month.

6 miles. I jogged the first 2 miles with Beth and my 6 years old boy. He is getting more consistent. I ran the last 4 a littl harder than usual felt really good

6 miles today I ran the first 3 miles with Beth and the dogs. Daisy was with us so of course she pushed the pace faster than we wanted but that's how daisy run only fast. The last 3 miles felt good eventhough i pushed the pace a little
